Priced Out of Xfinity?

I have been a loyal Comcast customer for 9 years.  My bill has increased by 51% in the last year and a half with no changes to my service.

Additionally, due to illness, my income was reduced to disability income only.  As a result, I have been researching more affordable plans.  There appears to be viable options available but I would not like to change unless absolutely necessary.

Any advice on how to reach out to Comcast?  Not sure if online messaging or speaking with an agent on the phone would be best.

This low-income program should help you.

https://internetessentials.com

I believe you will need to submit some forms to qualify.

I don't know what the best way to contact them is.  Maybe via Chat or Reddit.

Hi there! I'd be glad to ensure that this gets looked into further. Please click on my handle (ComcastRob) and send a private message with your name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number, and any pertinent details-- like the ticket number(s)-- so we can help.

Internet Essentials isn't available to current customers.
