Price of internet is getting out of touch with reality

Good morning,

My bill is now $106. It only covers internet, no other services, I don't even rent any hardware. This is getting absolutely too expensive and I am considering cancelling at this point. $80 for internet seemed acceptable not over $100. I am single and live alone, I don't use much bandwitch compare to entire families constantly steaming online. I don't think it's fair for me to pay for these families.

We are the perfect team to help with this. To find a new deal, have you checked online on our website yet? It's really a more simple process when you need to save time. All you have to do is enter your address and sign in to update your plan.

I have checked plan offers. I haven't found anything. I don't want cable TV, I don't want rewards, I don't want cell phone plan. I just want a fair price for my internet service.

To get started, please send us a direct message with your first/last name and full address by clicking the "direct message" icon on the upper right page of the forum page. Ah, okay. @user_lgw78z Were you able to access some internet-only plans online to get an idea of the pricing? We have the same promotions available on our end but we can certainly check on our end to see if we can find you a better deal. 😀

I can't even load xfinity.com right now. It says "Our services aren't available right now". Pretty bad...

I finally accessed the "internet deals". It won't let me see the deals unless I login to my account. As soon as I do, no deals are available.
