Price increased

I was on a 2 year promo to end on December 26 2024. I received my bill that prices will be increased. The Agent that processed the discount specifically told me that the rate is fixed for 2 years.

Why am i seeing $20 increase and also no discount for having my Credit card processed as auto pay??
