Price increased
I was on a 2 year promo to end on December 26 2024. I received my bill that prices will be increased. The Agent that processed the discount specifically told me that the rate is fixed for 2 years.
Why am i seeing $20 increase and also no discount for having my Credit card processed as auto pay??

@user_dp1rjk Good morning! We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to our Community Forums Team to get assistance with your pricing and billing today. Your promotion should still be the pricing, there are some other things such as the Broadcast TV Fee, and Regional Sports Fee that changed for some customers. We started sending notices with statements in November to explain what to expect with your charges, and you would see this in your message box, and on the last page of your statement.
