user_w3bxq0 That is a great question, thank you so much for stopping in for help with this increase in your bill. Most commonly, an increase would be due to a promotion ending. We do try to keep customers aware of when these discounts will no longer apply by providing the end date on your PDF bill. I would recommend checking your last bill with your current bill to see if that is where the change came in. There also could be charges for purchases if you have our TV service, and in some areas where unlimited data is not included, there could be data charges if you exceed the 1.2TB of data that is allotted to you. That would all be shown on your PDF bill. If your promotion ended, we would be more than happy to help review new promotion options with you. Just let us know.
