Price increase

I received an email saying that if I add a checking account alongside paperless billing I would receive a $10 discount! This would make my payment of $92 now go to $82. I thought this is great! But now I have received notice that my bill is increasing $10/monthly starting 2024, so my bill is going back to $92. What is the point of offering me a discount the same amount of what you are raising bill! My bill now remains the same! Every year you increase the price and for what point? I’ve been a loyal customer for over 5 years now!
