Price Increase

I need to know what other promotions are avilable for my account. My bill just went up by $40. We have been customers for 27 years. We like Comcast and their services but this is just forcing me to look at other options. I see there are a lot of customers on here complaining about the same thing. I hope one of the employees on here can help me. I just tried the Chat and they offered me a package $5 less than what I have. That's not going to help me much.
