Price Increase?
Good evening,
I got an E-mail today (12/21/2020) that said that there would be changes to my bill for a plan that I signed up for in September 2020 that was supposed to be a 12-month fixed rate. But, my next scheduled payment is for the same amount as before? Will our rates be changing? I was under the impression that this were not a possibility when I signed the contract for the plan . . .
