price increase
this is getting rediculous, on top of the upcoming scummy data cap(1.2tb is not a lot no matter how much you pretend otherwise) you are now apparently raising fees, too bad i have no idea how much those fees are increasing by because there is no location to actually see it. I wasn't even aware of the fee increase until i received the e-mail today. And this isn't even getting into the fact that these increases are in an area that you know you have a monopoly in

Hello, ryuserpentine, I will be more than happy to make sure we get you any billing information you need and review all resources we use to communicate changes. For support, just click my username to use the send message option. If you can include your name, account number, and service address I can review billing information and help.

not a solution and you know it, if the bill is increasing you are required to say why it is increasing. SInce multiple people are having the same issue i am assuming that this is a random price hike as no one is able to find the information. it is certainly not listed in any bills. And there is no way to see how much it is increasing by. I also can't help but notice that i never received a notification that there was a response here which tells me you were expecting it to just get buried.

When you made your first post you apparently overlooked the check box for Email me when someone replies. When you check that you get a notification anytime anyone responds to your post.
Also, in your forum preferences, you can check Automatically subscribe me to topics or reviews I participate in. [Click on your icon in the upper right corner, choose My Settings, click on the Preferences tab, and scroll down to check mark the box.]

no i did not over look that, you turning it off to hide it is not me overlooking it, know how i know this. i had the box checked for another post and didn't get notified for that one either nice try. also i notice you are still voiding the issue multiple people have brought up in that there is a price increase with no prior warnig and no information available anywhere on your website

Do you ever read your billing statements beyond how much you owe? Most notices of increases or changes can be found in the notes on the statements prior to when the change takes place.

yeah, i'm not letting this get drowned, multiple people are getting a bill increase and there is no information given to any of them, you keep saying that bill statements should be checked, one those who have had the bill increase before have already done so an the information is not there, and two it is scummy to not have it in a more accessible location, like you know the email that tells you the bill is increasing in the first place.
