price increase and imposible to connect with customer service
have had xfinity for decades....impossible nowadays to actually talk with some one....logged in and saw a message saying increase AGAIN in prices in 2024...cannot see what is actually increasing and would like to talk to someone about options....VERIZON 5G home internet here i come?

I like to keep my own services within a certain budget as well. The increases notifications began in November, and the changes would be viewed on the last page of November or Decembers statement. I would be happy to take a look at your billing, and provide some more specific answers. To begin, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address?
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
