Price increase AGAIN?

How can XFINITY/Comcast implement another price increase?  10% is atrocious- especially in a time of COVID when we know you've reduced your costs significantly (closed stores, don't send Techs out, etc) and continue to provide the worst customer service ever.  You are forcing me (and no doubt others) to look at other options.  
How can you possibly justify it?
