Price increase again

Here we go again. My bill just went up by $23. I don't understand how Comcast believes that this constant cycle of first increasing my bill, then me having to waste my time on the phone trying to cancel and then the ultimate reduction to my rate for a certain period of time only to start the whole process over again is good business. I'm tired and frustrated of having to play this game. The difference now is that I have a choice. No one I know has cable anymore, they've all moved to other platforms. I guess I'm next.

They always offer the same lame excuse about "passing on expenses" as if they have nothing to do with it.

With many bills being in the $230 a month range, ( that being over $2700 a year btw) why not try to get more?

Staying with them is simply rewarding bad behavior.

I understand that my bill went up $23 because the year was up, but now it went up another $7.  I know $7 isn't a lot, but it does matter.  

Can't reach anyone via email and it makes me mad, because not everyone can sit at the computer or on the phone to chat with someone because they have to work.

If the bill increases or plans of increase they need to notifiy us before just doing it. 

Ridiculous.

With all of the fees and increases, I plan on leaving at the end of the contract which is ending very soon.  I am looking forward to my phone call to say goodbye!

I received news of price increases yesterday!  WOW!  And my contract is up soon, and things can then go up another 30 dollars or so.  And my internet speed is about the same as a friend of mine who says that he pays Xfinity less that 10 dollars a month. Ouch!

My bill was $70 in November 2020. Same service, just a steady increase in pricing 1 or 2 dollars every month or so, until this most recent statement. Last month’s bill of $78 jumped to $105! Why?
