Price increase again
Here we go again. My bill just went up by $23. I don't understand how Comcast believes that this constant cycle of first increasing my bill, then me having to waste my time on the phone trying to cancel and then the ultimate reduction to my rate for a certain period of time only to start the whole process over again is good business. I'm tired and frustrated of having to play this game. The difference now is that I have a choice. No one I know has cable anymore, they've all moved to other platforms. I guess I'm next.
