Price changed after agreeing to promotion.

I signed up for a bundle promotion of Internet and Mobile as my promotion had ended. I confirmed with the agent before signing off on it and he confirm the price and how it will be billed. Now I'm being charged 2 separate bills almost double the amount of the bundle promotion. Who can I talked to in order to get this resolved? As the "Chat" team just keeps transferring me around without resolving anything for 3 hours. I downloaded the transcript from when the agent confirmed the price and billing set up.

Let's take a look together and get on the same page. In order to get started can you please send a direct message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
