Price Change on my plan

I notice my mobile plan is going up in price to $45/mo and my internet plan is also going up because it was only guaranteed a 1yr price lock. I want to take advantage of the new 5 yr price lock but when i attempt to change my internet plan, the price is still more expensive under the same speed package. the Mobile plan discount was applied for also having home internet. I need help switching to the new 5 yr price lock at 1gbps and adding the mobile plus line for $15/mo.

collinj1 Hi there! Thanks for creating the post and reaching out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I'm sorry that the online system is not showing additional promotions. I know it's a bummer when promotions end and cause the rates to increase. Even more so when it's 2 services jumping in price.
Many promotions are for new customers only, so that may be why you are not seeing the 5-year plans. There are some situations where there are new promotions offered with upgrading services so that could be a good option for us to help keep the cost low.
Since this is account specific I would like to keep your details private. Please send us a direct message with your name and service address. From there I will verify the account and look into our options to help keep the services you need at the best rate.
Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
