Previous agent promised low price. Got a bill of 100$, contacted another agent, they only decreased to 75$

I contacted an agent, I have a screenshot showing this:



So not only was I charged 100$ after this, but today when I contacted them I only received a 20$ credit, which does not offset this at all. I'm glad they did give that at least, but still.
