Prepaid refund and Auto bill for regular internet
1. I purchased prepaid xfinity services at first and paid a total of $93.07 but within week, I felt it was not enough for me. So, I returned it and purchased regular internet. I have already retured the modem and xfinity confirmed they received it. I have called multiple times for refund but every time I call xifinity, one customer rep transfers to another and then another. I have spent hours of phone call without any use. Regular internet department says they don't handle it and prepaid says finance section will handle it. What is going on? How should I get help? It has been a month like this.
2. The regular internet I bought, I signed up for auto pay as soon as I got it. I should be billed $39.99 but I am being charged $49.99. What is happening?
