Pre-Activation Refund Request - Blocked Activation on NOW Internet

I recently ordered Xfinity NOW Internet, but activation failed due to an automated system error linking an unverified balance from an old plan that I canceled after my billing cycle was over. I’ve already verified that I don’t have any billing issues.

The gateway was never successfully activated. Front-line support representatives have been unable to override the activation block or process my refund. Under Xfinity's 30-day non-activation policy, I am requesting a manual cancellation and full refund of my prepaid charge. However if possible I would like this outstanding bill error to be fixed so I can activate my service.

Good Morning, @user_trw58b! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! I am very sorry to hear about the experience with the billing concerns, and activating the NOW Internet. I would be more than happy to dive into the account/s and get everything cleared up so you can activate the NOW Internet. Can you please send us a DM?

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
