Pre ordered iPhone 18 no confirmation yet

I preordered 2 iPhone 18 pro max, got my order number, got an email saying I need to send a picture of my drivers license to verify identity and I did. Waited 24 hours and no confirmation email yet. Please help

Yes, I’ve checked my spam section, im not seeing any confirmation email or anything new after I sent my drivers license to confirm purchase

Mra07 If your driver's license was successfully uploaded, the verification process can sometimes take up to 24 hours or longer during high-demand preorder periods. You'll receive an email once the review is completed and your order status is updated. You can also sign in to your Xfinity Mobile account and review the order status, and make sure the email address on the order is correct. Or contact the Xfinity Order Verification Team at 844-963-0011.
