Posted on here earlier about lowering my bill, chatted with Xfinity Support for 3 hours, ghosted by Support!
I posted here earlier this morning about hoping to get some relief on my bill: Longtime customer, don't want to leave but bill has gotten out of hand. Any options for me? | Xfinity Community Forum
I direct messaged with Xfinity Support beginning at 10:37. Time between responses got longer and longer. At 12:18 I was told that a plan was being built for me. The last response from support was at 12:37. It is now 2:04. I have sent numerous follow ups. I understand you are helping lots of people, but it seems I've been abandoned. This is very disappointing and one more push in the direction of leaving.
