Poor service, with a full bill

How can we complain about service if we can’t get to a representative?

This is the kind of service that we get and we can’t get through to anybody, so the only way we can complain and show the lack of service that we are getting for the hundreds of dollars they want to bill us full price for [Edited: "Language"] , at best service!  You can’t just bill your customers full price when you only provided them with a [Edited: "Language"]service, at best!

[Edited: "Language in the videos"]

and even when I can get to a representative, it’s an hours long call and all they ever do is give me a $15 credit. So I end up losing more every time I call in.

As long as I have been with Comcast Xfinity, I should be getting a $598 credit!

This is not the service I’m paying for and if Comcast Xfinity is going to promise one thing, but fail to perform, then their billing should be fairly adjusted to a [Edited: "Language"] bill for a [Edited: "Language"]service!

Thank you and I am looking forward to receiving my credits for all the breaches of contract and for failing to perform under the obligations thereof!

In Closing, contracts protect both parties, not just one party! The way Comcast Xfinity operates is called a “ONE SIDED UNCONSCIONABLE CONTRACT” and those cannot be argued in a court by the same party who is displaying UNCONSCIONABLE BEHAVIOUR and unethical PRACTICES!

kind Regards,
