POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROMISES NOT FULFILLED

I was promised a bill credit and told I had to be taken off the installment plan to receive it so now they refuse to honor it and they put me on another installment plan that I didn’t request and charging another deposit. The account is well notated that this was promised. A manager never called me back. Was on the phone three hours in one day with

these rude representatives that refuse to assist.

If that’s the case why did the person say they could help? It says that they could take care of the promised credit. Reading is fundamental. Go back and read the post. I wrote clearly on here what my question was pertaining too. Just a waste of more of my time!!!! Horrible!!!!

So, xfinity request for me to reach out to them about the credit they approved and promised me. The representative was rude, would not answer any of my questions but just kept saying we aren’t issuing you the credit. I know for a fact they can pull the call but refused. I asked for a phone call from a head manager they refused. The escalation department approved the credit and I even have a reference number! This is ridiculous!!!!
