Please help

I was promised my $25 deposit after canceling because they could not get a technician out here and every time they did they were just not show up so I figured this was never a company I could work with they promised me my $25 back and I want it back without fighting the bank and reporting the theft to BBB.

i've been told by probably 50 different agents. It would come back automatically, but that is not a sufficient answer I need conformation through email I'll be getting the money back because I tried Every single person gave me a different answer and it was an absolute disaster trying to get connected that I even decided to just give in to stay with my old service .
