please help me get my account back
Recently, a phone was purchased for me under this account. Unfortunately, I was unable to make the payment on time because funds from my bank had not yet transferred, which caused the payment to be marked as unpaid.
I want to explain my current situation and kindly ask for your assistance. I am a college student and also the primary caregiver for my grandmother. I have recently been hired for a new remote job that begins on September 23rd, and I can provide proof of employment (such as my offer letter). If a payment plan can be arranged, I will be able to pay off the phone balance and any past-due amounts in October, once I receive my first paycheck.
In addition, since my new role is remote, reliable internet is absolutely essential. Unfortunately, our current internet through AT&T has been unreliable, and I truly need a more stable service to ensure success in both my new job and my studies.
I kindly request your support in setting up a payment arrangement or hardship plan so that I can bring this account current, continue using Xfinity services, and ensure I can do well in school and work.
