Please help i cant pay my bill

Hii i have been furloughed from my job and have 3 kids at home doing online school, my bill is so much and i cannot afford to pay right now, i tried doing a payment extension and the app will not let me it says i am not qualified, although when i sign in to my account it says my payment plan assistance is updating and in about 3 days will be ready to view but its been showing this same message for days and they will shut my services off today, pleasee help me make an extension i will pay it i just cant pay it all at once please, my kids are doing online school please help me.
