Please explain my bill and unexpected additional fees

I have the plan that regularly charge me $50 a month. I also set up the autopay, but I am charge $75 this month, regular $50 + TV:check/return fees $25. I need xfinity to explain the following questions:

Why am I charged TV:echeck/return fees? This doesn't make any sense to me and I have no idea what this is

Why I was not notified before the additional charge from xfinity?

Xfinity is really on my last nerve. Each month I review my bill and find an added unexpected fee. Today I'm attempting to reach customer support to remove the line item (as I had to do the last months as well), but guess what? No customer service agents available... Do they think we won't catch the item since we're on autopay? [Edit: Netiquette] and the amount of time I've waisted disputing these fees is indefensible. If this happens one additional time - I am out and reporting this company to the BBB.

Hello user_76de57, it's never fun to see any kind of fee's you weren't expecting on a bill, so I totally get the frustration. I'd love a chance to help turn things around and investigate this fee once and for all. What was the fee for?
