Please cancel my service

Despite multiple attempts to disconnect the internet service, I continue to get a monthly bill. 

1. Please stop my service as it already should have been stopped June 29th 2024. 

2. Please refund the $25 that has already gone through for July

3. Please stop billing me $25/month

I'm happy to look into your acocunt,and make any corrections needed. You should have received an email confirmation when you requested your services be disconnected. Did you receive that?

Yes, I received it twice as I have requested to stop service stop thus far.
