Please cancel my peacock subscription, or stop charging me
I've spent over an hour on the phone with xfinity to cancel my peacock subscription. You promised my bill won't have any new peacock charges going forward but is not the case. I'm still being charged.
So some background.
I returned the flex box to you thinking that that will cancel my peacock subscription but it turns out I need the flex box to cancel the subscription. No one mentioned to me when I returned the box. I can't manage my peacock subscription on their site because they tell me to manage it on the xfinity site. xfinity tells me I need my flex box, but you took my flex box, so I'm paying for a service I don't want and not even using.
In short, I need to cancel peacock. Stop charging me every month for a service I'm not using.
OR, send me a new flex box so I can cancel the subscription and return the flex box.

Going through the same thing here being charged for peacock despite canceling it! I'm switching providers soon!
