Planning on leaving Xfinity

I've been with Xfinity over 25 years. I've spent countless hours adding up to days over the past couple of years talking to the retention team. They have been able to offer me something decent enough I felt okay to stay. But not this year. They want me to change my plan. I don't want to change my plan. I don't want to lose Internet speed or lose channels or lose my home phone just because Xfinity is constantly raising the price of my monthly bill significantly. I've talked to countless reps and agents. They won't do anything. They give me a 1 month credit. Then I ask for the supervisor or manager. They say they have to call you back and then they never do. I'm sick and tired. I'll take my business elsewhere and get YouTube tv and prepaid Internet from a provider. Unless Xfinity can offer me something that is satisfactory for my trouble, wasted time, and years of loyalty.

Please message or email a reply, my home phone hasn't been working. Or I can give a cell number.

JH1950. Hello, and thank you for reaching out. First, I want to thank you for being a valued Xfinity customer for more than 25 years. I can certainly understand why you'd be frustrated after spending so much time trying to find a solution and not receiving the follow-up you were expecting. I appreciate you sharing your experience with us, and I'm sorry to hear that your concerns regarding pricing, plan options, and callback requests have left you feeling unheard. We'd like the opportunity to review your account and see what options may be available to help. Could you please send our team a Direct Message with your name and service address? Our team can take a further look at this issue.
