planned maintence exceeded restoration window
Hello,
I received no notification for a planned service outage that had now lasted 12+ hours with no time frame for restoration. Since I am not receiving the service I paid for I need a credit applied to my bill

@user_ufd27y Hello and thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. While we do not send out proactive notifications for any upcoming maintenance, you can always check the Xfinity app for any planned maintenance. I work from home myself and tend to check it once every few days so I can make alternate arrangements if needed.
I do understand the desire for a credit for the time you were without services, you can request a credit by following the directions here. Please let me know if you run into any errors and I would be happy to further assist.
