Plan was changed to something double what I consented to

On 4/22 I spoke with Willie to change my plan to something cheaper. There were several advertised plans that I was unable to successfully complete through the app. Willie went over the options that he had available to him and I agreed to a plan that was slightly less speed than what I had But it was almost $60 cheaper price locked for five years and no equipment charge. I was signed up for auto debit against my consent, signed up for paperless billing against my consent, new bill was sent to Comcast email which I have NEVER used so I never received a receipt, AND I was signed up for a mobile line AGAINST MY CONSENT then charged the exact amount I was already paying! I did not receive a bill so I was unaware of all this until I saw the charge on my account. I cannot reach anyone on the phone and chat is unavailable for days while my service is conveniently being interrupted at the moment. I want my money back and the plan I was promised!!! This is a scam utilizing bait and switch sales tactics and making money by committing fraud and it gets worse every year! I had to contact corporate last year for a lesser scam just to get someone to fix the mess another scam agent made.
