Plan Service

On September last year I signed a plan of 150mb/s plan with Xfinity for $45 monthly for one year. That year pasted, and my offer expired. They started to charge me $55 for the same service. I went online and found a better plan that was offering 200mb/s + 10 tv channels for $55 so I signed for that plan (Since it was the same price and I was getting more). Today I realized that they are charging me more than $70 for said plan, and I don't know why. They are charging TV broadcast fee that I don't know where it came from. I just want to pay $55 for the plan I signed. Can you please assist on this matter?

Hi, Jesus1992. So sorry for the confusion on the pricing of your plan. You came to the right place for help!

The Broadcast TV Fee is an itemized charge based on our costs of providing the local broadcast stations that we carry on our cable systems in each area. These costs include fees that broadcast stations charge us to carry them on our cable systems, fees that are among the fastest growing components of our programming costs.

We can take a look at your account to see what we can do about your package and pricing, to see if we can find something that fits your needs a bit better. Please send me a PM with your first and last name, we can go from there. To send a private message, please click my name "ComcastMorgan" then select "Send a Message" on the right side.
