Plan Price Increase without Notification

My monthly bill recently went from $69.99/mo to $108/mo (>50% increase) with no notification. I requested no changes to my plan. I do not recall the speed of my original plan (all I can find documented is "Performance Internet"), but my plan currently is listed as 600 Mbps down/35 Mbps up. The Plan Builder says I could be getting 1 Gbps for only $100/mo. Why am I being charged more money for a lower speed, and why did this change without my request?

This is completely unacceptable and I am considering switching providers.

user_jv4m1o Any change in my bill causes me to go looking, so thank you for stopping in for help with your bill increase. Our discounted promotions do expire, even our new 5-year options do need to be renewed. Since the discounts do expire and will fall off, we always provide the end dates of each discount on your monthly PDF bill. It sounds like that is what happened in your case: your promotion ended. You can check your PDF bill for the last few moments, and on page 3, in green under your plan descriptions, you will see the end dates of your promotions listed.

Once you get a chance to check out those details, let me know if you would like some help reviewing new promotion options!
