Plan is broken?
I am frustrated and confused about my billing. I used to pay 70$ a month for 800 MBPS internet but looks like you removed that plan and started charging me 100$ a month? I tried changing to 300 MBPS and it doesn't even look like it worked.
I am in the website trying to edit my plan and it's so buddy, it's showing empty plans, and now it looks like I can't even edit my plan and I'm stuck on the $100 a month plan.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello @user_rsm7i1 We appreciate you attempting to change the plan online. It sounds like your promotion on the 800 plan expired and went to the everyday rate and it is true that the 800 speed is no longer a plan we offer. But we would be happy to check the account to see if the 300 order you tried placing went through at all and if not, what plans can we get you in that are a better fit than the current $100 price. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address to get started.
