How am I on the xfinity website in my account and I dont see any information regarding my bill. All I see is questions about other account users bills

You shouldn't be able to see someone elses account information or statement. The best course of action, in this case, would actually be to report this to our Customer Security Assurance. You can contact CSA by calling CSA Toll-Free Number: 1-888-565-4329. @user_xt5nka
