Plan Changed Without My Knowledge

Hello. I have been using Internet essentials for 3 months and been billed $9.95. This morning I woke up to about a $90 bill and I was no longer on Internet Essentials. I visited my local Xfinity and they told me my plan could not have changed without my approval, but I never approved a plan change. They gave me an internet essentials business card and I called but the bot could not help me. If anyone can help me know what's going on or a representative please switch me back to my old plan please that would help a lot. Thank you.
