Plan change

I was wondering as a new customer, am I able to make changes to or upgrade my plan?

You can definitely make changes to your plan at any time. Upgrades and downgrades are perfectly fine, even if you have a service agreement in place, as long as you're not canceling your account entirely.

 

You can visit https://comca.st/3QGe8Ny to see what promotions are currently being offered in your area, but please be aware that some regions will have privacy guidelines in place, especially if you have home phone service, and you will need to speak with a live agent in order to make changes to your service. If that is the case for you, please let us know, and we can take care of anything you need in a private chat.
