Phone swap form Verizon to Xfinity scam

Hello,

I recently switched my phone from Verizon to Xfinity then about 45 days later Verizon debited in my checking account for $1360 for the phone cost that Xfinity was supposed to take care of. Now I can’t get a hold of anybody at Xfinity to get any answers. I think I’m gonna call Verizon and see if I can switch back.
