Hi, this is Comcast Xfinity calling. Our bill Our billing system indicates that you're 50% discount on monthly bill is being terminated today. This action is final unless we receive your immediate response. Please call back on the number showing on your caller ID to maintain your current rate thank you

Just got this call from [Edited: "Malicious Phone Number"].. phone said potential spam, so I didn't answer. They left msg saying they were Comcast/Xfinity and my 50% discount runs out today unless I call back.

Got a scam call from [Edited: "Malicious Phone Number"], Springdale WA, Aug14,2025. asking to call back or my 50% monthly bill discount, from Comcast,  is removed, this is a SCAM.

Hello this is the phone number I got a call from, [Edit: Personal Information].  The same thing stating my discount was going to be cut off.  I'm glad I researched this as it almost sounds legit.  I called and they even knew all my personal information.  It is getting harder to detect these people who prey on innocent people for their own [Edit: Language] desires to scam hard working people.

Thank you for reaching out here @Bev3033. That is definitely a suspicious call. Any call from Xfinity would have an 800 0r 888 prefixes. You can report that number to our security team at the https://spa.xfinity.com/help site.

I just received a phone call from [Edited: "Unverified Phone Number"] from Comcast Xfinity saying I have minutes left to respond before my 50% discount on monthly bill is permanently removed.  Please call back on the number showing on your caller ID right now to prevent losing this discount.  Thank you...  I blocked the number and of course, did not return the call.

Same here.  I received a call from [Edited phone number] today, 9/25/2025 at 3:40 PM stating:  " Hello this is Comcast Xfinity calling.  Your 50% discount on your monthly bill has been scheduled for removal because we haven't heard from you. This is your last chance to prevent this change.  Please call us back at the number on your caller ID immediately to keep your discounted rate... thank you.

I have received these calls a number of times.  I'm not sure what to do other than to delete them.  Does it help COMCAST to know about these calls?  Should the cell service provider be notified?  The FCC?  I'd really like some guidance.
