Phone rep says my balance is $226.46 but online says my balance is $647
After changing service last month I was having all kinds of problems with my bill. I talked to four Xfinity reps on Wednesday and they told me it was fixed. However, looking online and going through the automated phone system it says my balance is $647 and that is what my next autopay will be on 10/15.
However, I called and spoke to an agent today and she told me that my balance is actually $226.46 and that's what my next autopay will be.
The $226.46 is the correct amount but why hasn't it updated online and in the phone system? I'm worried that the $647 is still going to be autopaid on 10/15.
