Pending order on account

On my account there is a pop up window that says there is a pending order on my account-I have not ordered anything. What does this mean? Thanks

Hello, @user_1950ce how are you? This can mean any pending change on the account. If needed we can work in a direct message and take a closer look. But the most common items are changes in services, and equipment. If you are not aware of any change at all please let us know.

Thank you-I am not aware of any changes at all. My monthly autopayment comes out on the 1st of the month, that is the only thing I can think of. But there has been no changes in service or equipment

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
