Peacock

I have been getting charged for peacock every month. Started right after I moved! Every month I have to call in and get it removed. Now this months bill I’ve been charged twice! I only have the free account that was offered with the internet! I have been told several times that I will no longer be billed. I want this off my account as of yesterday!  I’m at the point of I want to cancel my account and go with att. I need this fixed.
