Peacock Premium

You sent me an email earlier today that says: "As a Diamond Xfinity member, you get Peacock Premium ($10.99/mo value) included at no extra cost.". So, I signed up for it. 

 

Just now, I received an from you saying that "Your updated service order is confirmed" with a line item for Peacock Premium for $25.00, and indicating that my next monthly bill will be higher for it!! I don't want that.

Your first email LIED!!!  I do not want to pay an extra $25 for something that is supposed to be for free!!!!!

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”.
 
Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message” icon.
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support."
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
