Peacock Premium
As a platinum subscriber I have had Peacock at NC for awhile. I noticed on my bill there is an offer for it for free for 24 months now with a late Jan. 2026 sign up deadline. Will my current reward stay with my plan after that date or do I need to activate the new offer by then? From my reading this activation process has many issues and since my Peacock is fine now I would wait until later this year if I need to activate that offer.

Your current free Peacock Premium subscription as a Platinum member should continue as long as you maintain your Xfinity service and rewards status; you do not need to activate the new offer by January 2026. Activating the new offer is for customers who don't already have the Peacock benefit, and it is designed to replace any existing offers, which could potentially disrupt your current service. Since your current Peacock subscription is working fine, it is recommended to let it continue and wait to activate the new offer until your current one is close to expiring.-Richard
