Payments

I have not been able to work since June 18, 2026 due to sudden severe health issues and my bill is now past due. I owe a little under $80 but if I don't pay the minimum amount of $68.00 on the 14th of November my service will be cut off. I could pay $40 on that day and the remainder on December 13, 2026. I desperately need my service but I'm just not able to pay the amount that is due. I'm not, not paying my bill because I don't want to.. it's that I'm just unable to at the moment. I have communicated with a representative last month and explained everything to her and she was so sweet and understanding. I thanked her several times for her kindness to me but I just don't know if they will be able to help me again. I did put in a request for a representative to call me later today.
