Payments Blocked??

I can't access the payment screen. Xfinity reps tried to process a payment, but they couldnt. The automated payment option on the phone says I can't use this feature. Never had any payment issues. No declined cards. No returned payments. The card on file was used just last month with no issues. Multiple agents said they had issues with the payment processor. They have no explanation as to why this is happening. They promised to charged my card twice after calling but their system was not allowing them. Their only solution is to go pay at a store which is ridiculous.

I can successfully login, but when I click Make A Payment, I receive an error stating, "Looks Like Something Went Wrong." I tried different browsers, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and going incognito. It doesnt work. Same error.

Annoyed_user1245 The only option would be to go to your local Xfinity store to make a payment since the other options are currently not working. Did you try from our Xfinity app as well?
