You can make payment arrangements for your Xfinity account by logging into your account on the Xfinity website or the Xfinity app. When eligible, you will see a prompt for "flexible payments" or can start a chat with the Xfinity Assistant to find your payment options. You will be able to select a new payment date for your past-due balance.-Richard
