Payment/Billing

My internet was shut off tonight and I can’t access any of my payment and billing information at all. I had auto payment set up so it should have never shut off and now it won’t even let me pay the bill or access anything regarding it. The 24/7 support team did absolutely nothing and I even tried to call. Even when I called all I got was a robot. I don’t understand why I can’t reactivate my account and pay any bill I might have. I’ve only xfinity since the 18th of November so I don’t understand why it shut off.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to the Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
