I had to recently do this as my debit card expired. To update your payment method you can sign in either online our through the Xfinity App and follow the steps outlined on this helpful article: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/my-account-app-manage-stored-payments
If you happen to have Xfinity Mobile service and need to update your payment method, you'll also need to select the Xfinity Mobile tab when logged into your account and follow the steps here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/update-payment-information
