Payment

Need to set up payment arrangement but can’t get past that really frustrating assistant. I tried for over an hour in hopes it would transfer to live agent but nope just has had me in circles. Is there a way to chat with a real person without waiting on the phone for an hour or using ai which literally doesn’t work or help in any way
