I've been trying all week too make a payment on my Now mobile ..I've follow steps and still nothing

Hello, @user_sxo1sz. Your Now Mobile account should be set for autopay. You may manage you autopay settings by using the Now portal here https://www.xfinity.com/now/mobile.

It won't let me do anything..it keep saying payment method has been accepted but fail to attach

@user_sxo1sz Have you attempted to use a different device? How about a different browser, have you tried that?

@user_sxo1sz To make sure we don't go over something you've already done, have you tried clearing out your cache and cookies before opening up a new page? How about resetting your device(s)?
