You can set up a Payment Arrangement using the Xfinity app once your account is past due. The option will not show while the balance is current. We are happy to check on your balance and what that would look like.
Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.
